Contributed talks and registration
Titles and abstracts of contributed talks should be submitted through EasyChair before 12th April.
Those presenting during the conference should bring their slides on a USB memory stick, in either PPT or PDF format, to be projected using the PC-based AV system in the MALL room. Accepted contributed talks will be allocated 25+5 minutes for their oral presentation in one of the four sessions. Speakers can present with their own laptop, but they must bring the necessary adaptors to connect to the lecture room projection system.
If you plan to attend the workshop, please register by sending an email to TBA before 31st May with your name, affiliation and role (+ any dietary restrictions). Registration will be confirmed by mid June.
On arrival, please sign up at the registration desk that will be located on X. Registration desk will open at X.
