Contributed talks and registration
Talks
Titles and abstracts of contributed talks should be submitted through Oxford Abstracts (link https://app.oxfordabstracts.com/stages/46698/submitter) no later than 12th April.
Those presenting during the conference should bring their slides on a USB memory stick, in either PPT or PDF format, to be projected using the PC-based AV system in the MALL room. Accepted contributions will be allocated 20+5 minutes (regular contributed talks) or 12+3 minutes (short talks) for their oral presentation in one of the four sessions. Notification of acceptance will be given by 6th May. Speakers can present with their own laptop, but they must bring the necessary adaptors to connect to the lecture room projection system.
Registration
If you plan to attend the workshop, please register on Oxford Abstracts (link https://register.oxfordabstracts.com/event/44505?preview=false) no later than 31st May. Registration will be confirmed by mid June. There is no registration fee to attend the workshop, but registation is mandatory and the number of places is limited. We reserve the right to cancel a registration in the case that a registrant is unable to attend the workshop.
